What's on the horizon
Vudoo’s 2020 vision

Undoubtedly, 2019 was a seminal year for Vudoo. Vudoo’s 2020 will be even better.
Our client base grew, key partnerships were cemented, and our platform was refined, all underpinned by support from our regional investors. The appointment of an advisory board under the leadership of advisory chairman John Blackburn AO, a respected consultant and former high-ranking RAAF officer, was a major initiative.
But 2019 was just a warmup for the main event. Fresh from the summer break, we’re gearing up for a huge 2020, off the back of a successful capital raise last year. Barely three weeks into the year, we’re already seeing the fruits of this investment.
For one, Vudoo has a new home. Still in the grungy back streets of Melbourne’s Collingwood that we love, Vudoo HQ now stretches over three levels. The move was necessitated by a growth spurt as we build out the team to take Vudoo global. This plan is already well in progress-the ink is drying, as we speak, on a deal with our first major overseas customer (more on that to come).
Our customer success division is now in place and our engineering team is set to triple in size. Likewise, the design team has grown, implementing our rigorous design approach and ethos.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, my Vudoo Co-founder & Joint CEO Andrew Spalding has opened the doors to our Bristol office, heading up a team to support our growth in the UK and Europe. As England’s technology hub, Bristol puts Vudoo at the heart of the action and, importantly, close to our two major partners, Salesforce, and Adobe.
It’s all about growing our status globally and laying the groundwork for our move into the US market. There’s a lot of interest coming out of America, but we always say never bite off more than you can chew. Steady, sustainable growth is successful growth… but the time is near for us to take that leap.
To everyone at Team Vudoo, and our partners, investors, supporters, advocates and believers-thank you. Hang on tight and enjoy the ride.
